With this in mind, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of personal data belonging to natural persons to whom services are provided within the Company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), secondary legislation (regulations, communiqués, circulars) that has been enacted and to be enacted in accordance with the Law, and binding resolutions that have been made and to be made by the Personal Data Protection Board.
• With full understanding of this responsibility; we encrypt and transfer your personal data such as number of page views, number of save button clicks, average session duration, language preference, city and country information, browser information, operating system information, device information, interest category, number of link clicks on the page to Google in order to improve the advertising and reporting feature of the product; your personal data such as your name, surname, e-mail address, IP address, browser ID, delivery city, country code, phone number, date of birth, gender to Meta in order to improve the advertising feature of the product; and your name, surname, TR Identity Number (for products that belong to specific categories), delivery address, user name, user password, mobile phone number, WhatsApp number, fax number, your credit card number-card expiration date-CVC code information (if you have given your specific consent for this purpose), your past transaction information, security and technical information, your application login and logout status, your voice recordings provided that you are warned in advance in case of a conversation with a customer representative, your survey results, your requests, suggestions, complaints and comments with ICONS’ personnel and directors, cargo companies and private couriers for the delivery of the product, our consultant companies that perform complaint management and risk analysis for quality control, our business partners, financial advisors, financial consultants, independent audit firms with whom we work, the customs companies with whom we work and their affiliated employees, and the licensed programs we use to perform invoice transactions for invoice processes, and to our legal counsel, lawyers and their employees and interns, natural and legal persons authorized by the relevant legislation, other authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial and administrative authorities, the company Hostinger from whom we receive server software services, in order to ensure your legal security in case of any legal dispute.
Your personal data mentioned in this explicit consent text and in the Clarification Text for Users, are transferred abroad by taking all the necessary technical and administrative measures subject to your explicit consent and in accordance with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 entitled Transfer of Personal Data Abroad. Our company is committed to taking all necessary measures and maintain the security level at a certain standard.
