Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Below are the essential conditions for us to provide you with good and quick service when it comes to product returns; if any of these is not met, we will not be able to accept the returned product.
- Returns are not accepted if the product to be returned has been used or damaged.
- The product to be returned must be delivered within 14 days as received, complete and damage-free together with its standard accessories.
- A delivery note should be sent with the product to be returned.
- If the products are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the procedures will be initiated as soon as we receive the product. The time it will take to reflect the returns on your account is at the discretion of your bank, and the returns made with credit cards are reflected on the account within 14 days.
- You can send the products to us free of charge with Aras Kargo.
- Returns must be delivered to us with our contracted cargo company. Returns will not be processed if they are sent to us via different cargo companies.
- The products to be returned must be sent to us in the original box / packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box / packaging has been damaged, lost its resalability, and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted.
- Together with the product you want to return, you must send the original delivery note (all the copies in your possession) and a petition containing the reason for return.
- Cancellation, return or replacement is not possible for pre-ordered products.
Our valued customer, you may cancel incorrect orders or orders you would like to give up. For cancellations, if the product has not yet been delivered to the cargo company, the entire fee will be refunded using the same method you used for the procedure. If the product has been handed over, cargo fees will be deducted before the refund.
